MYJET DISTRIBUTOR QUALIFICATIONS
In order to develop the oversea market and construct a ordered and harmony marketing environment ,Chiting look forward to building good distributor channel and relaionship across the world .
The following are general qualifications for being considered by Chiting for a
distributor contract. (These qualifications are non-binding and Chiting reserves the right to
make decisions contrary to these qualifications as we deem appropriate.)
Chiting does not have a distributor in the same country.
Industry confine : Distributors should be one of the following types:
Printer distributor printer reseller printing consumable like media and ink printing advertising company
Have minimal two-year experiece in digital printing field as a printer distributor or printing advertising company .
Basic knowledgeable in general aspects of digital inkjet printer such as installation,software operation,problem identify and maintenance .
In the given region ,established certain marketing channel , sell-network ,extensive social resource and regular customer for potentail promotion .Have More than 2 sales clerks engaging in printer selling and special technical operators and engineers for printer marketing expanding and maintenance .
Have a strong and long-term cooperaton spirit with Chiting and have persistent marketing exploitin consciousness .
It will be more better if distributors must be able to communicate with Chiting sales representatives in the English language.
Meanwhile Chiting will take its obligation to supply all-round marketing support :
supply comprehensive written products information including picture ,technology characterization ,operation manual ,public handbook
Provide professional training for products and industry knowledge ,technology ,operation and problem resolution .
Instructe marketing skills and make marketing promotion plan .
consummate marketing protect system from many aspects such as technical encrypt ,channel control ,distributor management .

If distributor finish the agreed selling aquantity or amount we will give special discount at the end of contract term. If distributor exceed the agreed aquantity or amount we supply premium for the the excess part .
DISTRIBUTOR shall make reasonable efforts to promote the PRODUCTS by advertising, direct
mail, telephone solicitation, direct selling, attendance at exhibitions and by such other means as
may, in the judgment of the DISTRIBUTOR, be appropriate, and the DISTRIBUTOR shall print
and publish sales and promotional materials for the PRODUCTS. All expenses and costs in
connection with this Paragraph shall be borne by the DISTRIBUTOR. |
